Welcome to the dazzling and eccentric world of LUZIA – where Mexico gets a Cirque du Soleil makeover in Melbourne, and things get delightfully weird!
Picture this: a make-believe Mexico, bursting with colors and surprises that will make your jaw drop. Witness daredevil acrobats take it to the next level with two giant treadmills and leaps that defy gravity. From urban Mexican culture to animal imagery from Mexican folklore, LUZIA is a circus love letter to all things Mexican. A cast curated from every corner of the globe unites under the guidance of genius choreographers, Edesia Moreno Barata, Debra Brown, and Sylvia González. Pushing the boundaries with water-infused acrobatics, Cyr Wheel artists roll and spin under rain, while Trapeze aerialists soar and twirl through cascading showers!

Train: Trains will operate between Southern Cross Train Station and Flemington Racecourse on all race days throughout the year, unless otherwise communicated by the Victoria Racing Club or Public Transport Victoria.

Tram: From the corner of Elizabeth Street and Flinders Street catch the No. 57 West Maribyrnong tram to Flemington Drive (stop 30).

Bus: Catch Route 472 bus from Williamstown, Footscray or Moonee Ponds to Fisher Parade. Enter Flemington Racecourse via The Elms Gate entrance.

Catch Route 404 bus from Footscray or Moonee Ponds to Smithfield Road. Enter Flemington Racecourse via Stables Drive entrance.

Taxi: Patrons can travel to Flemington Racecourse by taxi and will be dropped off at either The Main Gate or The Hill Gate. There are two locations where patrons can access taxis for their ride home: the Main Taxi Rank at the Main Gate, and at the Hill Gate.

Car:
Public parking is available and can be accessed via Flemington Drive. Event staff will be on hand to direct cars to the appropriate parking locations.
