• It is a must for passengers to download the Global Ballooning Mobile App.
• Enter your Global Ballooning Booking ID and Last Name into the app.
  You will receive a notification the night before your flight at approx. 6pm advising if the flight is proceeding & the exact meeting time.
• The minimum age to participate in this tour is 6 years old. Children between 6 and 12 years old are welcome to fly accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Smoking is not permitted on balloons.
• Check with your medical practitioner if you have a pre-existing medical condition (including but not limited to being pregnant) that may be affected by the physical nature of hot air ballooning.

• These tickets can't be cancelled. However, they can be rescheduled up to 168 hours before the experience begins.
