Melbourne Airport transfers

Using Skybus was a seamless transfer between Melbourne airport and Southern Cross station. No worries about traffic jams, just sitting back and enjoying a relaxing ride. Wouldn't want it any other way.

So easy to book online. We only had to wait a few minutes Had a great female driver who organised everyone in quick time.

It's obviously easy to see where to catch a big red bus but more importantly the staff we engaged with were friendly and helpful. Loved the way Alan gently reminded people to take bags off seats to allow other passengers to sit.

The bookings were very easy to do on line. The staff at both ends of the journey were very helpful and friendly. The bus ride was very smooth and comfortable and the busses were very clean. Congratulations on a great service.

The SkyBus is easy at every step. Fast... affordable... runs frequently... staff are very helpful and friendly. It's truly no worries.

Seamless way to get into the city. We landed, boarded the SkyBus and were in the city in 30 minutes. So much better and cheaper than catching a taxi or Uber.

Simple, easy to use and a great service particularly for anyone who is an anxious traveller / unsure how to get about. Service takes you from airport to a transportation hub / central park of Melbourne with ease of access to facilities and attractions

Was quick and easy didn't have to wait very long. The sign said 7 mins when I got there and the bus was ready and waiting. By the time I retrieved my emailed QR code and the attendant scanned it only had a few minutes before departure. The lady bus driver was very helpful to everyone embarking, directing them where to put their luggage and making sure there was space at each stop. Was smooth sailing to my connection at Southern Cross station considering it would have been around peak hour traffic.

First time user of the Skybus and loved it. No waiting to get on a bus. Arrived quickly at Southern Cross too so I was then able to get a Metro train home without any problems. Getting off was easy even though it was a full bus, there are two lots of stairs to get from the top level. It all moves pretty seamlessly. Will definitely use this again.

Convenient, easy and far cheaper than a Taxi or Uber if you're going directly into Melbourne. Will be doing this for future trips!

Helpful staff as I had no idea where I was going I think for elderly help or assistance with baggage and lifting suitcases into the luggage compartment

It made our travel experience simple and enjoyable without worry for car parks or getting in long queues to wait because the sky buses were readily available after getting on line and getting the tickets. We really appreciated the services from the airport customer services to the southern cross staff and bus drivers. This has been our first time to use the sky bus in all our thirty years living in Melbourne. We learned from our adult children who just catches the bus to the airport all the time.
