The museum had interesting and varied exhibits. Explore the abotiginal experience, or interact with dinosaurs ! There were many different types of displays, including audio visual, interactive and static. The design of the sections was fantastic. However, the forest section was all blocked off with no indication of this upon ticket purchase. There was a number of things missing from displays which is fine for a few but it seemed like there was far too much. I also pre-purchased tickets but wasn't given the option to purchase a concession ticket.

Why is Melbourne Museum using an International company for it's ticket sales? Surely there are dozens of local companies who can provide this service without having to charge customers/visitors an Internation Transaction Fee?

We loved the museum, and had a wonderful time. However we were charged an international fee on our bank card when we purchased the tickets which was extremely dissappointing as it shouldnt have had anything to do with any international purchases.

Enjoyed the general "open to the public" dinosaurs exhibits, but frustrated by additional fees which meant it would have been more than normal than double the admission fee to view for T-Rex and IMAX. Tried numerous times to log in to access on line tickets and even IN Museum line for tickets - SO SO SO Slow
