Despite the reconstruction work taking place at the time I found that access to most of what I wanted to see and experience was retained. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would venture one suggestion : keep the different age sectors in mind when booking tickers, not everyone is tech savvy.
Affordable price for same experience.
Everything was fine. Kids enjoyed a lot. Infrastructure was really nice with prime location.
The Sealife was under construction. Missed the big Aquarium.

We had an awesome experience at Sealife ! Photographer was friendly! Photos was spotted on! Tickets was a Little dear but it's worthwhile, walking distance from our hotel that a bonus! Could have gone there on our first day upon arrival xx
I loved the views and the fact that I could see the sunset up closer was really amazing experience 🤩🤩
Great chill having a relaxing drink watching over the city with the changing light as the sun goes down. Well worth a visit
Skydeck is simply lack of staff and it took us half hour just for queuing for the lift leaving the venue. It is horrible...
There was glare from some of the windows, which made it impossible to get decent photos. I have never experienced this from Skydecks before, as it is always assumed that the purpose of the structure is to allow maximum visibility of the view
Tickets were easy to buy and we were able to go and stay as long as we liked. The view is fabulous. I liked the fact that we could have snacks and drinks whilst gazi g out. I recommend going about 1htbefore sunset for good shots of the city.
Had a great time cruising up and down the Yarra River and going up the Skytower. The advanced booking / tickets worked great as didn't have to wait . Views where great.
The bar area was disappointing and did not feel welcoming. Happy hour was a very restricted offering. The staff were happy and the views spectacular
How exciting it was to view the city from the top. We also .over that there were food and drinks to enjoy while viewing the scene. Fun fun fun
Easy to book online, fast and efficient at the check in, great views from the top. Only negative was a member of staff who was going around cleaning the windows was very miserable looking, never smiled.
My boys (9 & 4) were blown away by the views. I kept it all a surprise and the look on my eldest's face while watching the elevator counting up was priceless.
It would be nice to get the tickets directly rather than need to install the app to view them. Even better would be to receive them directly into Apple Wallet. Not a fan of WharsApp messages either.
The view was amazing at the night time. To see all the lights and the colored houses, bridges and towers was a great experience. We enjoyed the view with a drink and chips from the bar and we felt like being in a roof top bar.
Ticketing experience was good. View - incredible. We had clear skies the afternoon we went to the top, that helped to make the experience even more enjoyable. Great way to get a perspective of the layout of Melbourne.
It was mind-blowing! Stunning wievs from the top, and the sunset was superb with low clouds on the boundaries I hope to come back soon!
We could see everything in Melbourne! My daughter who is six loved the beiws and spotting thr buildings that she knew. Expensive but enjoyable.
Wonderful views all round the city , this was the highlight of my trip next to the tennis finals , staff so helpful an amazing .
Such a unique experience being able to view Melbourne and outer regions from a great height. It is truly amazing to reach 88 floors with such ease. The lift was swaying in the wind therefore our safety was number one priority to these professionals. We were politely told the lift was to be brought down and to wait till it was safe to go in it again. It moves so smoothly . Awesome views. No rush to make us leave. Refreshments, light and alcoholic, snacks , music make it even more enjoyable. Even more activities up there if you wish to pay more.
It was a very nice family experience I could do with my younge children and husband. Something different to experience for a day out together.
Easy to book and received a discount from the combination booking. We enjoyed the outside Skywalk view and using the binoculars to see some of the AO games. Our favourite was the ice bar. It was so cold but that was part of the fun, we loved the playing the games and having photos in our big coats.
Super easy to book and amazing views. I wasn't expecting my ears to pop on the journey up and was a bit too scared for "The Edge" but absolutely worth a trip
love view from outside deck .but inside there is lots of tabel where visitor were eating which disturb other visitor to look the views.
I used Headout for the first time and the tickets were quite cheaper than the actual price so was a bit cautious. However, it works out well and didn't had any problem. You still have to stand in a queue but no issues at the counter. Works perfectly.
The experience was great. However I stuffed up our online tickets. We'd had 6 in our group but one had just left. I ordered 6 tickets when I only needed 5. My bad.
It was easy to purchase tickets online. The only negative was that you still have to queue at the main entrance ticket desk to get the official tickets - would make more sense to issue the tickets online, otherwise the only difference between pre-ordering and buying when turning up is the discount.

Melbourne Highlights Cruise
The views the peacefulness, the commentary was good but miss some of it because of other people talking on the boat, some very interesting info in it.
Pleasant cruise, nothing wow but all efficient, except no safety briefing at the start. There should be more on the geological aspect and detail on First Nations history and legacy.
It was a first time experience on Yarra river cruise. It was satisfactory. No complaints. The cruise information display was lacking at the jetty pick up point. It could be corrected.
Everything went well with the tickets. At the counter for the boat tour, we were registered in the computer and received our boarding pass. The trip was nice. The explanations of the sights were interesting.
Ticketing was easy and quick. Friendly staff member at the ticket office-Fay. Michael and his assistant on board the boat were efficient and friendly. Good commentary.
We liked the recorded commentary. However the guide who counted us in couldn't be bothered with being nice towards customers just spent time looking at his phone not helping me get a coffee while I had a toddler
Very well organized and the staff is helpful and friendly. The guide inside and the audio was good and clear explaining the highlights of the tour and the free coffee was the highlight too
Very comfortable Due to the rain, we cannot see the scenery clearly, if Chinese audio quide would be provided could be better experience.
The workers were really friendly especially the one wearing a cap. He offered to take photos of us and he knows all the good angles ahahaha. It was a good experience because we got to relax in the city. After a long day of exploring the city, we really needed to sit down, but this is better because it was with a view.
The late afternoon cruise was very pleasant and informative. Good value for money. The only glitch was that it was not claer that that the electronic ticket and barcode had to be swapped for a paper ticket which I had to quickly do.
Booking on line was easy. Did the 2 hour tour, was very informative particularly all the history of the river and Melbourne over the years. Really enjoyed the tour around the port area which you really don't get to see except from a boat. Maybe the inclusion of an app or headphones to hear the commentary would be good as had a noisy bunch on board which made hearing a little difficult at times. Really good otherwise.
We did the 2 hour tour and were glad we did both. The river cruise was relaxing and very scenic. The guide was informative. The booking was simple and instructions were very clear.
Simple booking platform with clear embarking instructions. Absolutely amazing cruise to experience Melbourne CBD and surrounds from a different perspective. Exceptional value for money and a 'Must do" experience. 👏🏽
The tour had a half hour break in the middle that wasn't clearly mentioned before which then put other commitments out as extra time hadn't been allocated. Accidents bought extra ticket but unable to do anything about it as you had to call the company.
Weather was amazing and the commentary was top notch. Very informative and interesting. A nice relaxing afternoon with refreshments provided. The crew were particularly helpful to people with extra needs getting on and off board.
The captain was great; friendly and very competent. The tour down stream was fabulous. Lots to see! The trip upstream was ok but not really worth the time or money.
Despite the reconstruction work taking place at the time I found that access to most of what I wanted to see and experience was retained. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would venture one suggestion : keep the different age sectors in mind when booking tickers, not everyone is tech savvy.
The river cruise was suppose to be 2 hours and we only got an hour the ice bar was great
Informative guide. Nice site seeing.
Very well organised, thoroughly enjoyable
Great interesting commentary about history of the river and Melbourne
Affordable price for same experience.
The narration during the cruise was very informative.
Being able to see the sights of Melbourne from the River whilst listening to the commentory.
A pleasurable cruise, interesting commentary to go with the sights.

The ride was fine. The ticket was fine. But the lack of ability to get a receipt without having to contact the support team was completely inappropriate. Receipts should be issued at the time of sale. It should not be an optional extra.
Bus transfers were indeed terrific. Easy to obtain through the head out app. Buses are very regular with pick-ups and drop off's. Very very convenient. No more expensive taxis and Ubers.
I bought my tickets online. There was no mention of senior tickets. If we had waited and bought our tickets on arrival at Melbourne we could have saved $16 by buying senior tickets.
I really enjoyed the travel and the service. There Is much to say honestly, it was my first time enjoy thus type of services.
From the airport to the city was super crowded and had trouble placing my case until some people kindly helped me . On the trip return had a friend helping me which was fine. Otherwise very good- good value and swift sort out of tickets
It was very easy to board, and we received necessary assistance from the check in lady and from Nigel, the driver. I find the ticket purchasing and delivery process very clunky.
Easy to book using my phone as I walked from the plan to the bus stop. Friendly staff at the bus stop. Bus arrived quickly. Seats available. Simple!
It was a seamless experience catching the Skybus. As I exited the terminal, the bus pulled up and we left soon after. The journey was fast and comfortable. I would highly recommend using Skybus
we were very happy with your bus driver Nigel he went above and beyond to assist people boarding, his manner was positive and pleasent which made the trip wxpereience enjoyable . thank you Nigel.
I bought tickets on the website prior to flying which was easy. On arrival I collected my bags, straight away a Skybus was waiting, my ticket was scanned, the bus driver helped me put my suitcase in the storage and the bus promptly departed. Such an easy an efficient process.
I could not use the ticket . Can it be used from Melbourne to airport instead ? Please email me. Thank you . Deprezg@yahoo.com
This is an awesome service. I wish there was a comperable one closer to home. A note to check with Didi and Uber to see if this is cheaper than that. Later in the trip we were encouraged to use a ride sharing service and found for two travelers, it was less expensive to use Didi -- and much easier!
A bus was ready to board immediately. Tickets were checked promptly and the staff were friendly. Ample space for luggage and a smooth trip to the airport.
Clean bus, polite staff, easy to book! Only thing was wifi wasn't up and working this trip but managed to connect soon as we hit the city :)
We went on the double decker Skybus, and it was a good experience. The buses were frequent and on time. Overall, we love the cleanliness, the efficiency and the comfort.
The bus was right out the front of the terminal which was handy. There was a guy there to check our tickets which I had on the headout app. Female driver of the bus which was great.
Being able to purchase return tickets prior to arriving in Melbourne airport was good. Buses run every 15 minutes and stop just outside the baggage claim area. The trip into Southern Cross station was quick and reasonably comfortable, bus was full. Good value at $40 return with flexibility with travel times.
I didn't have to experience the stress trying to get into the city with all the mainflow traffic. Definitely worth it, especially if tired after a long flight.
There's no reception at the bus terminal at Southern Cross Station in Melbourne, so I had to go all thev way back until I could get reception to load the ticket onto my phone. Since it's a dead zone, put in a repeater/extender.
I ordered my ticket online. It was easy to locate the bus stop out front of Tullamarine airport and then direct to Southern Cross Station made by trip quick and easy as opposed to family needing to come from the suburbs and pick me up.
So friendly, couldnt fund my barcode for scanning and bus about to leave. They could see Id paid, let me on bus. Found barcode on way to airport and getting off able to get it scanned, so helpful.
This is a great service, easy to find the pick up points at Melbourne Airport & Southern Cross Station. My only drama is lifting of my suitcase onto the higher racks on the bus. No help from attendants was offered putting them up or taking them down. Look it's probably not in their job description but I find as a short person this is hard for me.
It was my first time with sky bus and the driver was very helpful with my luggage. It was very comfortable to travel, i reached my destination in a short time.
Welcoming friendly. staff at bus stop Efficiency of bus driver, assisting with stowage of luggage some of which was large and heavy Fast comfortable journey
The staff at both Southern and Melbourne airport were excellent. I thought I'd misplaced my phone in my sister's var on which my to keep was and the person collecting tickets let me use her phone to call my sister. When I got on the bus at the airport the driver not only put my case on the bus but took it off for me too when we got to Southern Cross
